How to use
Cream: apply a small amount to clean, dry, unbroken skin and massage it in until absorbed, 2 to 3 times a day or as needed. Wash your hands after use. Keep away from eyes and mouth.
Tincture: shake well, place up to 1 ml under the tongue with the dropper, and hold for 60 to 90 seconds before swallowing. Start with half a dropper.
